Tim Crum has been Director of Operations at St. Chrysostom’s since November of 2022, and is responsible for the oversight of our operations, buildings, and grounds. Previously, he worked for the Chicago Theological Union in Hyde Park, where he enjoyed a fifteen year tenure managing operations for an array of sabbatical, religious formation, academic, and ministerial support programs, including responsibility for facilities and finances. Prior to that, Tim was a practicing family law attorney and mediator where he accompanied myriad clients through some of the most happy and meaningful, as well as devastating and tragic moments of their lives. He was educated at Bennington College, La Sorbonne, Chicago Theological Seminary, and the College of Law at Ohio State University. Outside of the workplace, Tim is passionate about weight lifting, camping, his family, and his giant Bernese mountain dog.
